Nalekur Refund Policy
Effective date: October 9, 2026 (version 2)
The short version
- Each Nalekur template is a one-time digital download. It does not renew.
- No refunds for change of mind once you have downloaded the file.
- Not downloaded yet: ask for a full refund in writing within 7 days of payment.
- Faulty, or not as we described it: we will fix or replace the file, or refund you if we cannot. Write to us within 7 days of payment.
- Charged twice, or without your permission: we refund the charge.
- Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, to your original payment method.
- Your legal rights are not affected.
- Email support@nalekur.com. We reply in writing within 2 working days.
- Currently available to customers in the United States. Worldwide availability coming soon. Orders with a billing address outside the United States are cancelled and refunded in full.
1. What "downloaded" means
You have downloaded a template when a download link from your order (on the Lemon Squeezy order page, in your receipt email or in your Lemon Squeezy orders page) has been used and the file has been delivered to you. We look at the delivery records available to us and to Lemon Squeezy, which show the date and time. If a download failed or the file arrived incomplete, tell us: we will treat it as not downloaded and fix it.
2. If you have not downloaded the file
Email support@nalekur.com within 7 days of the time of your payment (the date and time on your receipt). Write "Refund request" in the subject line, send it from the email address you used to buy, and include your order number (shown on your receipt). You do not need to give a reason. If our records show the file has not been downloaded, we refund the full amount you paid, including any sales tax charged.
3. Faulty or not as described, and wrong charges
If the file is faulty or not as described. This means, for example, that the file will not open, formulas show errors, or the template does not work in Google Sheets or Excel as the product page says it does. Our templates are designed for Google Sheets and Excel.
- Email support@nalekur.com within 7 days of payment, with your order number (shown on your receipt) and a short description (a screenshot helps).
- We will fix the file or send a replacement, normally within 2 working days of your email.
- If we cannot fix it or replace it, we refund the full amount you paid.
A template that works as described but is not what you hoped for (for example, you would have liked a different layout) is a change of mind, not a fault.
If you were charged twice. Email support@nalekur.com with your order numbers (shown on your receipts) or details of the two charges. We refund the extra charge in full.
If you were charged without your permission. Email support@nalekur.com as soon as you notice, and also tell your card issuer if you wish. We will refund the charge in full once we have confirmed that you did not place the order.
4. What happens after you ask
- We reply in writing within 2 working days.
- Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, to the original payment method you used, on our instruction. We do not give store credit, and there is no fee for a refund.
- Banks and card issuers usually show a refund within 5 to 10 business days. We cannot speed up your bank.
- When we refund an order, your licence for that template ends. Please stop using the template and delete your copies.
- You can ask us for a written copy of this policy at any time by emailing support@nalekur.com.
5. Why we have this policy
Digital downloads are delivered straight away and cannot be returned the way a physical product can. A downloaded file can be copied, so we cannot take it back. We say this clearly, before you pay, so you can decide with the full information.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any right you have under the law where you live, including any right to a repair, replacement or refund for a faulty product, or for a product that is not as described. Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, pays any refund under this policy to your original payment method, on our instruction, and the time it takes to reach you depends on your bank. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms also deal with refunds; where they differ from this policy, we will still ask Lemon Squeezy to refund you in the cases set out in this policy. Lemon Squeezy may also refund or reverse a payment under its own rules; if it does, we treat that order as refunded and your licence ends.
7. Orders we cannot accept
US customers only. Currently available to customers in the United States. Worldwide availability coming soon. If an order has a billing address outside the United States, or is placed by mistake from outside the United States, we will cancel it and refund you in full through Lemon Squeezy. This applies whether or not you have downloaded the file. Prices are in US dollars.
8. Payment disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first at support@nalekur.com; we will try to fix it quickly. This does not take away your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank. Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, handles payment disputes. If a charge is disputed, we may give Lemon Squeezy and your card issuer our order and delivery records and our messages with you.

Where you see it. Our refund rule is shown on our site above the Buy now buttons, and the notice above appears in full in the "Before you buy" section of our home page, with links to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Sale, before you go to checkout.
At checkout. Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Before you can pay, Lemon Squeezy asks you to agree to its Buyer Terms. By completing your purchase you also accept our Terms of Sale, which include this Refund Policy and the no-refund rule for downloaded files set out above.

Your order is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record (222 South Main Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, USA), which issues your receipt and handles sales tax and payment.
